“Vytautas has been with our company for about 30 years. He has brought his son to join the company, who has already surpassed his father in results. And this year he has already brought his grandson as well. So now there are three generations of paper cutters working for our company. When Vytautas joined us 30 years ago, he told us that because of his disability he wouldn’t be able to do hard work. We showed him around the factory, and he asked if he could work on a paper tape cutting machine. I trusted him and have never regretted for one minute employing him.”
